Corporate Governance

The Board of Directors of Wiluna Mining Corporation and its subsidiaries resolved on 20 July 2022 to appoint Michael Ryan, Kathryn Warwick, Daniel Woodhouse and Ian Francis as Voluntary Administrators.  FTI Consulting was subsequently appointed as Deed Administrators (“Administrators”) on 28 July 2023.

The Administrators are now responsible for corporate governance of the Company.

At the commencement of the Administration, the Company’s shares were suspended from trading. However, the Company’s shares were subsequently delisted from the Australian Securities Exchange (ASX) on 5 April 2024 in accordance with Listing Rule 17.12.
